Privacy Notice

• Account details — name, company, email and sign-in credentials. Used to create your account and give you access to your surveys. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Enquiry and support messages — what you send us and our replies. Used to answer you and keep a record of the engagement. Basis: contract and our legitimate interest in supporting clients.
• Survey and field data — site names, target depths, ground conditions, logged field days, hours, line-kilometres and GPS positions you record. Used to plan, price, deliver and report the survey. Basis: contract.
• Usage and device data — pages opened, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring page and the shared survey link used. Used for security, fraud prevention, abuse detection and improving the site. We do not store exact addresses. Basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service and private survey links secure.
• Billing contact — the email on your receipt and the status of your payment. Card details never reach us; Paddle handles them. Basis: contract and legal obligation.

• Service providers — hosting, database, email delivery and error monitoring, acting on our instructions.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of our services, payments, invoicing and tax compliance.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where needed.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Our hosting, database and email providers operate outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the EU and the United States. Where data leaves the United Arab Emirates we rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

Account and survey records are kept for the life of your account and for up to 7 years afterwards where tax or professional-record rules require it. Visit and security logs are kept for up to 12 months. Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. After that we delete or anonymise the data.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Email asemnassar13@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to your local data protection authority.

We use encryption in transit, row-level access rules so each client can only reach their own records, access controls on administrative tools, and random tokens for shared survey links. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these measures seriously and will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your audio and planner settings, and let the field app work offline. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can clear this storage in your browser settings, though you will be signed out and offline field entries may be lost.
