Refund Policy
Last reviewed 15 September 2026. This policy applies to every payment made to Assem Ezzat Amin through this site.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. That covers survey deposits and balances paid on this site.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email on your receipt, or email us at asemnassar13@gmail.com and we will arrange it. Money returns to the card or account you paid from.
Field work already carried out
If we have already mobilised and acquired data for you, tell us and we will agree a fair settlement for the field days completed and refund the rest. If you cancel before we mobilise, your deposit is returned in full. We would rather sort this out than argue about it.
Cancelling a booked survey
Email us and we will cancel the booking and stop any further invoicing. Full commercial terms are in our Terms & Conditions, and Paddle’s own refund policy also applies to your order.
